This is to inform you of changes to our policies regarding crew requests. Please note that due to instructions from our insurance underwriters, we have been advised that each venue that crew are required to attend must be under the instruction of the original client. That is; if it is a requirement that crew leave the originating venue for a second destination, these requests must come from the client who originally hired the staff from All Access.
This is to protect our clients and All Access from unnecessary risk should staff be injured at the second destination without initial request from the originating client. If you have any further queries, please call me at your convenience. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
